Thirty Minutes Before Sunrise

The energy of the 30 minutes before sunrise. One of my favorite moments of the day is when the night transitions into soft colors before the sunrise. This piece captures the stillness of this time of day to listen to the whispers from your inner guidance. Let your eyes naturally feel into the colors as I explain their meaning. Notice the subtle shifts within your body as the colors communicate with you on a cellular level.

Color symbolism:

 Royal blue background symbolizes the vastness of your soul. Let the blue stream down from the top of your head to your toes to slowly calm your nervous system

Light blue symbolizes kindness, gentleness and love to oneself. Like the transitional phase of night to sunrise, let the light blue remind to move more slowly today

 Purple represents embodying your authentic self. If drawn to this color, what can you do for yourself today? Make choices that make your heart truly happy for you. Let go putting others first and reclaim your joy this week

White represents the cleansing energy of a new day. Let the white open your heart to the new and let you heart guide the way today
