Day 1: Painting the energy of releasing grief

This morning I worked on the emotion of grief and where it is stored in my body

My friend found a block of energy in my lungs so we explored this area

After talking through various forms of grief from my childhood 

I felt I could breathe better, my sinuses were opening up

I thought why not paint the energy of releasing grief
