Batman, especially The Dark Knight Rises, is one of those empowering films that I watch when I feel my darkness overpower me

Batman reminds me to use my fears as a tool to rise above what sets me back

There’s a quote by OSHO that I affirm often: “Don’t let the fear rise into your mind.” It helps remind me I am okay right now when fear is present 

When fear overtakes us, our nervous system shuts down and it’s so easy to have a distorted perception of what is

It’s almost that some fears are in fact a gateway to more self acceptance and a way to level up in our reality once the fear is brought to awareness and worked on

There is no time limit to how long a fear needs to be overcome as it is here for the duration that’s needed until your consciousness is ready to trust and believe in oneself like never before

Invite your fears this weekend for a cup of tea or a walk in nature. Take note of where the fear is located in your body as it is a clue to send more intentional breathwork to that area and kindness

When you can embody your fears there is a transcendence that follows of pure self awareness— that what is, is not truly a fear but a distortion between your wholeness and the present moment
