There is so much joy when we are in presence but it is so easily missed. This painting reminded me of my joy when I finished the painting

I won’t dive into the color meanings as all the colors from the rainbow showed up in this painting to showcase the essence presence is and nothing more 

So ask yourself when looking at this painting, Where do I feel joy in my body? Where is there pain in my body? 

Go back and forth between these areas until you reach a state of presence where there is no difference between joy and pain as they have joined as one
